Here's a recording of me when I was very, very angry one time and just felt like screaming/ranting indecipherably for a while. Sorry about the annoying music in the background, that just happened to be playing at the time when this was recorded.

From that clip I think you might be a stressed ISFP with a slightly Se dominant frame leading towards a more extroverted sound.

Are you sure? ESFPs generally sound way more relaxed. You sound way too stressed to be ESFP.

Have you seen a psychologist or looked up any online psychological courses? There are techniques that could help you with that.

I downloaded Keirsey's Improve Your Personality, is it any good? I hear it worked wonders on this one guy, he even became a 4 personality wonder.

Good god, no. That guy's a total hack, and all his claims about having an extensive personality are a load of bullshit. Any times he steps outside of his natural emotional range, it's clear that he's using the weakest false brain cells to imitate other traits. He also deletes any comments on his YouTube channel that try to point this out. You'd best stay away from Keirsey if you want to learn how to do anything worthwhile with your personality.
